This requires some explanation... There's a regular party thrown by some people I know in Wakamatsu called "Shine," but one time in the Summer of 2007 they decided to throw it under a bridge at this park in between my town and Wakamatsu. It was really cool, and the sky and the streetlights on the bridge gave off this really eerie glow. Combined with techno music and a bonfire it was really sweet.
